Private Photo Sessions

D. Keith generally works in half-day or full-day sessions (other session lengths can be arranged upon request).

The artist always retains (unless prior agreement is made) the right to display, exhibit, promote, show and publish images from a shoot for purposes of promoting his artwork.

Session fees include all of the photographer’s pre-production time up to, and including, the day of the shoot, as well as the shoot time. It also includes all of his post-production time spent in the darkroom to produce the final images (and scan the final prints), as well as all photographic materials needed to produce the final images including film, Polaroid, photographic print paper and fine art paper. The session fee also includes a make-up artist for one to two people. Photo sessions with more than two people will require an additional fee of $150 per person for make-up.

Wardrobe, props and location fees are the responsibility of the client and are not included in the session fees.

D. Keith is based in the Las Vegas, Nevada. He is available to travel for special commissions to other cities within the U.S., Canada, South America and Europe.

Terms and Conditions:

Deposit amounts are 1/3 of session fee, and are applied toward the total fees for photo session.

Session bookings are only considered confirmed after receipt of a deposit.

Balance of fee and any costs are due at the time the final image prints are delivered to client.

Extra charges may be applied at time of booking for special locations costs or travel expenses.

Deposits are non-refundable if client cancels booking with less than 10 days notice.

Deposits for cancelled appointments may be applied toward a rescheduled photo session within 90 days of original session date. After 90 days, deposits are forfeited.

Final images are supplied to the client as hand-made black & white or color, museum grade prints. The client receives one print of each final image, numbered 1/25. Each print is signed, numbered and dated, on verso in pencil recto, by D. Keith Furon. The client also receives a set of high-resolution scans on a CD, of each final print, at full size (at 300 dpi.).

For purposes of copyright, artist retains ownership of all material.

Original image files (film and digital files) are the exclusive property of the photographer and remain in the possession of the photographer. Copies of originals are not provided to clients.
